The Lifeguard Station is a fixture along our coasts. It holds our agents of the ocean. It also comes in many shapes, sizes and colors. I have chosen to give tribute to our wonderful guards who spend much of their time watching the sea from these small structures.

Bio
<p>Jennifer Luce is a born and raised San Diego artist. She went to Stanford University where she studied studio art/art history and went onto UCLA as a graduate student in art education. She taught art in Del Mar Union School District and private schools for over 25 years. She has shown her own work across the country and has many pieces in private collections along the west coast. She currently is focusing on drawing, paintings and college in her San Diego North County studio.</p>
